Hi, I'm Christie.
My journey into health and fitness didn't start because I wanted to become a coach. It started because I wanted to feel like myself again.
After having my son in 2018, I found myself doing what so many women do. I jumped between different group fitness classes, hoping something would finally click. While I enjoyed being active, I never really understood how to train in a way that supported my body, my goals or the life I wanted to live.
Then, in 2019, everything changed.
After breaking both of my arms, I experienced firsthand just how important it is to have a body that's strong, resilient and capable for everyday life. It wasn't about aesthetics anymore. It was about being able to move, recover and regain confidence in my own body.
Working with a coach completely changed my perspective.
I learned that fitness isn't about punishing yourself or chasing the smallest number on the scales. It's about building strength, creating healthy habits and discovering just how capable you really are.
That journey inspired me to become a coach.
Today, I'm passionate about helping women who are just starting out, returning to training after having children or simply looking to build confidence in the gym. I know how overwhelming those first steps can feel, which is why I strive to create an environment where every woman feels welcomed, supported and encouraged from day one.
My coaching style is positive, approachable and focused on progress over perfection. Whether we're learning the fundamentals, building confidence with new movements or celebrating milestones along the way, my goal is to help you enjoy the process and create habits that last.
Nothing makes me happier than watching women realise they're stronger than they ever thought possible. Because confidence doesn't come from being perfect. It comes from proving to yourself, one step at a time, that you can do hard things.
If you're looking for a coach who understands what it's like to start from the beginning and will support you every step of the way, I'd love to help you become the strongest version of yourself.
